Consultation is the conversation that shapes everything that follows. We sit down with you — usually over a few working sessions — to understand the business: how you make money, who buys from you, what you’ve tried, what worked, what didn’t, and where you actually want to be in twelve months. The point isn’t to collect requirements; it’s to pressure-test the assumptions you’re operating on.

Most clients come in with at least one belief about their business that doesn’t survive scrutiny — a target audience that isn’t actually buying, a service that’s underpriced, a channel that’s quietly losing money. We’d rather find those things in week one than in month six. The output is a clear-eyed read of where you stand and a prioritised list of what to fix, build, or ignore.
